What Our Clients Have To Say

As hard as I find it.. lol I love it! Funnily enough it is becoming easier the more I do it! The music is great and it definitely helps to keep me motivated during class. You are a fab instructor, always pushing us to do better! Thank you Sophie!!

Sarriah, Fitness Fusion Huddersfield - Active Communities

Enjoyment... Exercise... It really helps with joint movement due to my arthritis and osteoporosis.

Marguerite, Vale Circles Mental Health Hub - Mental Health Wellbeing Scheme

Friendly enviroment. Exercise is suitable for disabled individuals. Very friendly and supporting teacher, it is a pleasure having Sophie teach us. I like how she makes the session specifically designed for people with disabilities and for those without. She is always so positive and is always bringing new creative ideas to the group - the music choices are also great!! Long may it continue!!

Jane, Vale Circle Mental Health Hub - Mental Health Wellbeing Scheme

Great classes, great workout and most importantly always fun...oh and great music tracks too!!

Natasha - Fitness Fusion Gomersal - Active Communities

We have loved having Sophie along to our club nights at Pudsey Gateway. Our members have really benefited from her fun sessions and her lively, enthusiastic style has encouraged even some of our apprehensive members to take part. Thank you Sophie!

Ellie Parry, People In Action - Pudsey Disability Group Team Leader - Active Communities

Sometimes i have attended the (chair dance) group feeling exhausted but after taking part i leave feeling refreshed, energetic and much better in myself. The chair dance makes me feel less tense and uptight.

Mark, Vale Circles Mental Health Hub - Mental Health Wellbeing Scheme

I come for the fun of it, i like the music - it makes me want to get up and dance!! When i come in to the Vale on a morning i might sometimes be down but after i join in the chair dance i feel so much better

Catherine, Vale Circles Mental Health Hub - Mental Health Wellbeing Scheme

I started the attending the Gomersal Fitness Fusion class in January 2017 - The class is amazing, it is a fun, upbeat and energetic cardio session and Sophie is an amazing coach - so encouraging. I really enjoy the routines and that feeling of accomplishment after Sophie has done a great workout with us. I also attend this class on a regular basis because of the other ladies that attend, they are great group - we all encourage each other and are all supportive of each other. Most importantly we have a laugh with Sophie whilst getting our workout.

Asma, Fitness Fusion - Active Communities

We have a laugh with Sophie in the Chair Dance sessions, i always feel better after the class. I also enjoy attending because i get to see all my friends. I would like to see Sophie coming more than once a week!!

Gladys, KNH Syke Fold Grange Chair Dance - Older Peoples Health Initiative

I really enjoy this weekly chair dance session, i love the group atmosphere, the laughter as well as the exercise and the variety of the music. Laughter is a very good medicine! Being in a wheelchair, i find the exercises are progressive and always varied week to week to keep us working but always at our own pace. Although i get tired from taking part in the exercise it does liven me up for the day
