Dance practitioner Sophie, who leads this class has been trained in OTAGO, which is a series of exercises that improve strength and balance as we age. These exercises are incororated into the dance routines to enable prolonged lives of adults aged over 40 to help them to maintain a good quality of life. Join this dance class every Wednesday morning - shake your hips Shakira style, Jazz dance like you're on Broadway, D.I.S.C.O to 70's classics and get your body moving and grooving to a mixture of music from old school upto now!!
