Womens Wellbeing Dance Class

Come and join us for a fun, welcoming and energising weekly dance class at Dewbury Road Community Hub and Library. This class is designed to get you moving, improve your wellbeing and encourage you to meet other women from your local community.

Whether you've danced before or have two left feet, everyone is welcome! These are FREE sessions that are suitable for beginners and are focused on moving your body and having fun in a relaxed supportive environment. 

Led by the fantastic Sophie from SS Dance & Wellbeing, you'll learn simple African and Caribbean inspired dance steps that will leave you feeling energised, while improving your fitness, boosting your confidence and having fun along the way.
