This 'Dance Fitness Christmas Party' is a fun way to let your hair down whilst shaking your groove thing to an uplifting soundtrack mixed by a DJ. This dance event will be a combination of our Fitness DANCE Fusion and Themed Dance Fusion classes - Bring a friend or two along with you to have fun and workout together!! Get that pep back in your step to finish off the year and keep that motivation going throughout the festive period...

7:00PM - Arrival & Registration.

7:15PM - Fitness DANCE Fusion & CHRISTMAS Party Dances

7:50PM - Tone, Stretch & Cool Down

8:10PM - 8:30PM - Mingle, Treats & Raffle

*If you have an exercise mat please bring it along with you. There will be a limited number of spare mats available to borrow*
