So this class is not going to be a quick fix to get you a flatter stomach and rock hard abdominal muscles (a six-pack) in a week but it will lay the foundation for you to combine with other workouts. Having a strong core helps you with key movements both in workouts and everyday life - walking, twisting, picking up objects. Once you start to engage your abs, you'll feel the difference - definitely stronger and more stable!!
This class is a combination of floor and standing exercises that will challenge you but in a good way - we all need to work on our alignment from time to time and especially within this pandemic when more of us are sitting down for work at home.
Engaging in this core workout will make you feel good - YES you may feel a little bit sore the next day but you will also feel physically and mentally energised.
SS Dance & Wellbeing Abs 'n' Tone sessions are all about inspiring you to improve your wellbeing and confidence, and we also like to add that element of fun! No pressure!! The main thing is that you get what you want out of the session as it is your workout.
Equipment needed: Yoga Matt or Towel and Light-weight Dumbbells or a Tin of beans.
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic all SS Dance & Wellbeing classes will be taking place online for the foreseeable. The fee for this class is £4 - To participate in this class you can request the Zoom Cloud link via our 'Get In-Touch' bar or alternatively you can join one of our monthly subscription options, just check out our Online Subscriptions on the class page.
